Do I need any motion design experience?
No. Loopy's AI Creative Director handles the entire creative interpretation. You just upload a cover and give it a name.
What about rights to the cover I upload?
You are responsible for the rights to the artwork you upload. Before your first generation, Loopy asks you to confirm that you own or are licensed to use every cover you submit.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes. You receive full commercial usage rights to every non-trial video. Trial videos carry a watermark and cannot be downloaded.
What formats can I upload?
PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 10 MB, minimum 512×512 pixels, maximum 4096×4096 pixels. Your cover must be square (1:1 aspect ratio).
How long does a generation take?
Usually between one and three minutes. You can close the tab and come back — we'll notify you in the app when your animation is ready.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Any time. Cancel directly through the Stripe customer portal from your Billing page. No tickets, no emails, no awkward retention calls.
