Pricing questions

Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes. Cancel directly through the Stripe customer portal from your Billing page. No emails, no retention calls. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I use my monthly allowance?
You can either upgrade your plan or buy a credit pack. Credit packs never expire — your subscription always uses its monthly quota first, then falls back to credits.
Do trial animations cost credits?
No. Every new account gets 3 free trial animations. They carry a watermark and can't be downloaded, but you can preview them in your browser.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused subscription time can be refunded within 14 days of purchase under the EU withdrawal law. Credit packs are refundable as long as you haven't used any of the credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Plan changes take effect immediately, and your monthly quota is prorated for the current billing period.
